CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
This is a draft policy for the current website. The final cancellation position for each booking is confirmed in the written booking terms and should be reviewed by the company’s legal adviser.
Where written cancellation notice is received more than three months before the relevant event or programme start date, GP EVENTS LTD’s current policy is to provide a full refund of amounts paid, subject to the final written booking terms.
Cancellation terms for notice given within three months are confirmed in the final booking terms for the selected format. Supplier commitments, third-party conditions and non-recoverable costs may be relevant.
Send cancellation requests in writing to contact@gp-management.com and include the booking reference and lead guest name.
